The median home price in North Scottsdale for December is $620,000, this is a 5.6% decline from the $657,000 a year ago.
For the year 2007 the median home price is $675,000, down from $684,660, only a 1.4% drop from 2006. Take a look at the city of Scottsdale numbers for comparison.
