Graphed by Artur Ciesielski,CCIM) The city of Phoenix is quite large and the neighborhoods and median prices in each vary greatly from the lows around Sky Harbour Airport to the highs in Union Hills area or Arcadia. In 2007 13,710 homes sold, compared to 20,600 in 2006. The median home price for the year 2007 is $220,000 which is flat from last year. A total of 3,705 condo/townhomes sold compared to 4,605 in 2006. The median condo/townhome price for the year increased $149,000 to $161,550 an 8.4% increase.
