We have added a new channel to PhoenixMarketTrends.com.  This new channel titled Phoenix Multifamily Investments will be dedicated to small multifamily investors. 

For many years we have helped many of our clients buy and sell multifamily properties.  We also own investment properties.  This is how and why I also earned the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.  This new channel will be a way for us to share information about Phoenix real estate investing. 

We plan on featuring articles focusing on:

• Phoenix multifamily market statistics and sales.
• Featured properties.
• Good deal, bad deal analysis.
