Biltmore Neighborhood Located in East Phoenix this is one of the most sought after neighborhood in the valley with easy access to everywhere, its in the middle of the action with many beautiful homes.
Arcadia Neighborhood Just east of the Biltmore this is neighborhood offers a mix of homes from very small ranch homes in need of some attention to stately mansions of exquisite quality. Not as busy as the Biltmore its still close to everywhere with out the views of office buildings.
Central Scottsdale In between the mostly new Tuscan filled North Scottsdale the older South Scottsdale this area as beautiful as is different from most of the valley. From gold courses to beautiful condos and median sized homes with lush greenery. This is truly a happy medium between two really different parts of Scottsdale.
North East Phoenix, closer to the Phoenix Mountains. This neighborhood is set against a background of the often beautiful Phoenix Mountains Preserve. These homes range in built date but most are from the 70's while some were built as early as the fifties. Most of neighborhoods are very nice and clean with a lot of homes that have been remodelled or are being remodelled.
North Central Phoenix Besides the fact that neighborhoods in North Central Phoenix homes some of best schools, the lush greenery and mostly larger yards they are also some of the most desirable places to live because of the above attributes and the proximity to Downtown Phoenix. In these neighborhoods you will find homes of all sizes and shapes.
Litchfield Park This neighborhood is one of those hidden gems. Though on the west side of Phoenix with a lot of newer homes, the more established area of Litchfield Park has beautiful homes, sprawling ranches homes on huge yards and mature flora.
Besides the neighborhoods listed above there are others with which are very popular but these are the more prominent established neighborhood with many attributes going or them and stable demand.
