| March 22, 2008 | | Median Condo Prices for February 2008 in Phoenix | The Greater Phoenix condo / townhomes real estate market has declined as well. Initially condos held stronger then single family homes but as this market progressed condos began to share the same fate as demand lessened and supply grew. Many cities saw low double digit declines. The valley as a whole declined just over 5% while the City of Phoenix declined only 2%.
