City of Phoenix Home Sales News for March 2008

Median home priced trends in the city of Phoenix, Arizona.

Below are graphs representing the newest resale data for Phoenix single family homes and Phoenix condo / townhouse sales.

As I mentioned in the comments for Greater Phoenix home resale data, the median home price for homes in Phoenix may have leveled off, signaling the bottom of the cycle.  But this is not a sure thing, it's not a trend yet and there is a while to go before the financial markets calm down and regain confidence.
