Paradise Valley grew from a sprawling rural community and ranches. It retains much of the rural character despite being in the middle of the Phoenix metropolitan area. Now Paradise Valley is often described as an Arizona Beverly Hills.

Its not uncommon to see rabbits, quail, roadrunners on the streets and yards; packs of coyotes can often be heard from the mountains. Desirability stems from the location, zoning and views amongst others.

The location is ideal. Paradise Valley is simply in the middle of all activity and is fairly close to most places residents want to go and be; the airport is only 15 min. away, Downtown Phoenix is only 20 min. away and other major business districts, like 24th & Camelback, are much closer, Downtown Scottsdale is just a short ride away.
From shopping to world class dining, clubs and walking areas, its all on the borders of Paradise Valley. This is important because there is virtually no commercial activity in Paradise Valley. You will see not billboards, not adds, not stores and no shopping; virtually no commercial facilities exist in Paradise Valley except for resorts which are well hidden.
