Williamsburg Square is a small community of town-home condos, on one of the more vibrant small corners in the city at Campbell and 40th St in the Arcadia area. These wonderful row homes are lined by small grass yards and mature trees. Each red brick townhouse is different from its neighbors with individual architectural details. Each of the 66 townhouses is just under 1,400sf. Most have 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms but several units have been remodelled into lofts or other configurations. Prices hover in the high $200,000 range but some have passed the $300,000 mark. Across 40th St. is the La Grande Orange a super restaurant, pizzeria and grocery store with simply superb food and a great place to watch people, and there are plenty of them. Then there is Postino wine bar, Milano, a bakery, galetteria and a stationary store.
But drive a bit south, or east and the choices for shopping and social life expand; Downtown Scottsdale is just a few miles to East, a mecca for clubs, shopping and dining. The community features 2 swimming pools and a basketball court. Local schools are. Hopi, Ingleside, Arcadia. Just a few building to the south is Three Fountains condos designed by Al Beadle.
