1. Positioning and Market Research: The MLS, Google, Bing and other search engines are the place most of us and Realtors go to find information about properties. Along with making sure the major property search sites show your home, we have a strategy to market your property to very specific buyers.
We use well crafted strings of words to target buyers looking for very specific properties. Because each property has one or more prospective buyers we often split market to allow different types of buyers to find the property. As an example. If a property is good for a second home the it may not be good for a first time home buyer so wording is important.
