Your Homework At The Beginning:

There are two real estate documents that you should read before we go out looking at homes.

The first is the Arizona Association of Realtors Home Buyer’s Advisory, which explores the process of buying a home in Arizona in great depth.

The second is the Arizona Association of Realtors Residential Purchase Contract,  we'll prepare an actual contract when we find the properties.  There will be more documents, some are property or transaction specific but being familiar with the main document, the purchase contract will help you make better decisions.  We can also answer any questions you have about anything in the contract as we proceed.
