On the North side of the Phoenix Mountains is neighborhood with a diverse selection of homes ranging from horse properties on huge multi-acre lots to contemporary houses in varying stages of condition more often luxury then not. Since the only roads leading into the neighborhood here are Tatum Blvd and Shea there really no through traffic. Streets are well maintained and rarely do you see a car on them.
