Phoenix Market Trends is Joanna Zajusz and Artur Ciesielski. We are full time real estate professionals enjoying the ever evolving estate market and it's partial transition online.
Joanna Zajusz, M.A, GRI
My name is Joanna. Before I came to US. in 2000 I was an interior architect / designer. I earned my Master of Arts in 1999 and I was convinced that I will be making living as an artist.
But things changed suddenly and i n 2002 i started to work in Real Estate and have been doing it full time since. From the beginning I have been helping home buyers and investors who focus on small multifamily properties.
But overall I can say- I love helping buyers, no matter if this is an investment or a primary home.
The most exciting part of being a Realtor is the fact that nothing is always the same. That, surprisingly, it requires creativity and that it is challenging because every transaction is unique.
Or maybe it is something else.. the most exhilirating part of this job is, as well, meeting so many different personalities... matching my clients needs to a home and neighborhood that will ensure long term happiness, being responsible for creating the successful connection between buyers and sellers.
I have experience in helping my clients all over the Valley, but my focus is Central Phoenix.
What else do I do? I read, bike, meditate, travel to see the Pacific Coast as often as I can, travel to unpopular places, trying to simplify life and focus on what really matters.
I also speak Polish so if you speak Polish I can help and if you don't we can have some vodka, that will help you speak Polish.

Phoenix Market Trends
We started Phoenix Market Trends in early 2007 and have grown it to include hundreds of articles, tips, stories, market statistics and trends. Search through our archives. This site is dedicated to helping clients and readers
keep up with the real estate market in Greater Phoenix, to learn about
the happenings affecting their current home and future purchase, share
out own experiences and promote local businesses and the Phoenix desert
lifestyle. Although we do cover Greater Phoenix the bulk of the focus is on the Phoenix Central Core which is the areas surrounding the Phoenix Mountains like, Paradise Valley, the Biltmore, the North Foothills of the Phoenix Mountains and North Central Phoenix and the like. If you would like more information about Phoenix Market Trends please get in touch through our contact page.
We hope you enjoy reading Phoenix Market Trends. Remember us for your next sale or purchase of real estate. We love this job and you'll see it.

Our other blogsites: Real Estate Confluence
is our second blog and its supposed to be more relaxed with less graphs and more fun. Its focus is fairly strictly Downtown, Midtown and Uptown Phoenix. This site is still in its infancy but its growing quickly. If you're looking to very specific condos, lofts and neighborhood in Urban Phoenix then you'll find lots of information there. Arizona Apartment Investor
Arizona Apartment Investor was once a part of Phoenix Market Trends. This part of our business has started expanding and is a good part of it. We really enjoy selling and helping people buy smaller income properties.
Probably since we have been owners of such properties for a long time. It gives us experience from both the sales side and ownership side with its good and bad. At AAI you'll find current small multifamily market trends, management strategies and the ability to search for small multifamily properties like triplexes, fourplexes and even medium sized properties.
