What about self employed borrowersJuly 18, 2008 This will probably affect self emplyed borrowers since many usually do stated income. Maybe it would be wise to buy before these new rules take hold otherwise it might be difficult to obtain conventional financing.
I susupect that we'll be seeing more creative financing and sellers financing, more so then now. |
