A beautiful small neighborhood in North Central Phoenix with an opportunity for savvy buyers.

San Miguel is a small subdivision in Uptown Phoenix. It's really one street of 29 home. It next to Rancho Solano. Homes tend to be between 1,000sf to 2,000sf but several have been remodeled or rebuilt to be larger.
The ranch home architecture predominates. This is the older established Phoenix developed and built with the advent of the canals. So many of the homes still have irrigated lots.
What is intriguing about the street is the location. It's really surrounded by some large magnificent stately home and the lots in San Miguel are big enough (around 10,000sf) to build bigger homes. In fact, these homes are some of the lowest priced homes in the area and would constitute a good buy for future redevelopment.
Though there is nothing wrong with the current homes when in good condition. The ones that have been well cared for are quite beautiful with the old world craftsmanship. See, below if any homes are available for sale.
