Creating Sparks: Phoenix Market Trends Is Over 1,000...

Over 1,000 posts and lots of plans ahead, including video.
A few months ago I though that hey I'll write a post, some smart words with a relevant quote by some famous person, when Phoenix Market Trends passes 1,000 posts.
It did not happen and we're currently at 1,032 posts and some 150 pages. Considering that most blogs die out rather quickly we've done pretty well. The only reason we've kept at it is because it has been wonderful for us and our clients. I
t not only help us communicate with you, attract new clients, share our ideas, but it also helps expose listings to potential buyers. It simply works as a tool.
It takes a lot of time and effort to do it. It means writing an article about once a day, doing the research, formating it, taking photos, enhancing photos and posting.
I calculated that it would cost me about $157,000 to pay someone else to recreate it on the less expensive overseas market.
Some of the first articles are damed embarrassing, simple and useless. We've had 2 direct emails complaining about grammar and spelling. Yes, I take responsibility for that. Sometimes I don't ready the articles enough and you know how it is: you look a something many times and don't see mistakes. I'm working on this.
The purpose of the weblog is simple. We want to make our readers better informed and better prepared for the real estate transaction. I know not all of you decide to work with us, we often get request from people who want to see homes and they already have a Realtor. Call them, that is their job and if they are away it is their job to get someone to show it to you.
We have more to offer you then showing homes, we've got experience not only from helping clients buyer and sell, from spending hundreds of thousand on different marketing technique to see what works to sell homes to personally buying and selling dozens of properties: and you know there is no substitute for first hand experience.
You can read, listen and talk to others about the how what or why, but it's of limited use until you do it over and over again first hand. I think that's why as people age they say, youth is wasted on the young.
So we've passed 1,000 post a while ago and the way things look we've go a few thousand more ahead. It's been the best marketing decision I have ever made and I enjoy it very much. I would like to invite you to share your ideas.
