Cheery Lynn Historic District and Homes For Sale

Small is beautiful when it comes to Cheery Lynn: distinctive and charming.
This is one of the smallest historic districts, but it has
some of the most beautiful home, especially the Mission and Spanish
Revival Home as in the photos above.
The district is located between Flower and Earll St. and Randolph and 16th St.
It was registered in the historic registry in February 1994.
Home were built as early as 1928 and well into the fourties.
Amongst the other architectural styles you'll find good example of Bungalows, Tudor Revival and Ranches.
It's a
very well cared for neighborhood: clean, manicured and most homes look
like they have good owners trying to preserve this small part of Phoenix
history.
