<p /><p>A recent survey of affluent home owners, by Coldwell Banker Previews Int., shows a list of amenities that the home owners are likely to have and what features are at the top of their lists.&nbsp; The list includes:</p><p>Boat docks.<br />Bedroom Kitchens.<br />Indoor pools.<br />Putting Greens.<br />Outdoor fireplaces.<br />Higher-end outdoor kitchens.<br />Outdoor rooms.</p><p>What's at the top of the list? Heated Floors.&nbsp; The only room in a Phoenix home, I can think of putting a heated floor in, is the bathroom.&nbsp; Otherwise I don't think this is on the top of the list for homeowners in Phoenix metro.
