<p /><p>Four out of the 10 top fastest growing suburbs are in greater Phoenix.&nbsp; This according to a survey from <a title="Forbes" href="http://www.forbes.com" target="_blank">Forbes magazine</a>.&nbsp; Forbes used data from the U.S. Census Bureau.
