<p>The corners of Loop 101 and Scottsdale Rd. in North Scottsdale are quickly filling up.&nbsp; Amongst my favourite retailers like <a title="Audi North Scottsdale" href="http://www.audinorthscottsdale.com/en_US/" target="_blank">Audi </a>and <a title="whole foods in north scottsdale" href="http://www.wholefoods.com/" target="_blank">Whole Foods</a>, which is under construction, will be <a title="scottsdale real estate, one scottsdale" href="http://www.onescottsdale.com/" target="_blank">One Scottsdale </a>a huge 11 building development north of the 101 and East of Scottsdale Rd.&nbsp; </p><p>Some of the building designs will shortly be submitted.&nbsp; The 11 buildings in phase one is part of a 120 acre development which will include commercial and office space along with a 400 room resort and 1,100 residences. </p><p>The completion of the first 11 buildings is expected in late 2009.</p><p><br /><strong>Phase 1 will include.</strong></p><ul dir="ltr" style="MARGIN-RIGHT: 0px"><ul><li>250,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.</li><li>300,000 square feet of office space.
