Some of the more prominent neighborhoods include Arcadia and the Biltmore.&amp;nbsp; A majority of the homes were built from the 1950's to the 1970's but plenty of new developments have sprung up in the last few years.&amp;nbsp; These new build residences include luxury homes, modern townhomes and condo.&amp;nbsp; In addition,&amp;nbsp;neighborhoods such as Arcadia are experiencing redevelopment, where the older housing stock is being replaced by new&amp;nbsp;homes.&lt;br /&gt;Landmarks in the Camelback East Village include Papago Park, a 914 acre recreation facility with golfing and the Papago Baseball facility.&amp;nbsp; There is also the Piestewa Peak Mountain Park (formerly know as Squaw Peak Mountain Park), a 2,510 acre mountain preserve in the middle of the Phoenix Valley.&amp;nbsp; There is also the zoo and the famous and quite beautiful Desert Botanical Gardens.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;This is a rapidly developing part of town&lt;/strong&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The density is increasing, new restaurants and shopping areas are&amp;nbsp;opening.&amp;nbsp; Camelback East has become a good place to live as well as work.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt; </Description>
