The Biltmore Neighborhood in East Phoenix is built around the legendary Arizona Biltmore, a spectacular resort that’s been called the “Jewel of the Desert”.   The resort is wonderful but despite its presence it’s not the center of attention in the neighborhood; the Biltmore offers much more.  This is one of the major business and entertainment areas in the Phoenix Valley. Within the Biltmore Estates you will find homes for the more demanding buyers with prices approaching $10,000,000.00.    Very beautiful homes can be found for $650,000 to $1,200,000 and even $300,000 on the South end.  Condos and patio homes come in many price ranges as well.   Your only 6-8 miles from Downtown Phoenix and the airport is only 15 minutes away.
