Paradise Gardens a subdivision by Al Beadle on the north side of the Phoenix Mountains, one with a fervent following.

The Paradise Gardens subdivision in North East Phoenix is an Al Beadle designed subdivision.  It is the only residential subdivision designed by Al Beadle.  Its located north of Mountain View Rd between 36th St and 32nd St.

The subdivision, just like several others of similar nature, was popular when it first opened 50 years ago and now, with the

revival of interest in modern architecture, the area has become popular with design

professionals, builders and aficionados who have found a perfect canvas for their outlay. 

Mid Century modern homes are popular for not unusual reasons: they are simply a perfect match for the desert landscape and atmosphere.
