I have been working in real estate full time, since 2002.
I LOVE helping Buyers, no matter if this is an investment or a primary home.
I focus on Central Phoenix, but I have been frequently assisting Clients in Gilbert, Mesa, Surprise, Peoria, Arrowhead, Goodyear, Scottsdale, Fountain Hills.
Single family residences, town-homes, lofts and small multifamily properties.
The most exciting part of being a Realtor is the fact that nothing is always the same, that, surprisingly, this profession requires creativity and that it is challenging because every transaction is unique.
Or maybe it is something else.. meeting YOU! …meeting so many different personalities… matching my clients needs to a home and neighborhood that will ensure long term happiness, being responsible (at least to some degree) for creating the successful connection between buyers and sellers.

My real estate partner – Artur- will assist you if you are looking to sell your home. My role here (as a former interior designer and an artist) will be to help you with staging, presentation of the interior, and exterior- assuming that it isn’t already perfect – sometimes these are small but essential things. Why do I know they are essential? I listen to my Clients every day – talking about homes that we visit.

I've been in the business of real estate since the late 1990's; first as an investor.
In our team my job is to help our clients sell homes and I enjoy working with select investors.
I'm good at marketing, at presentation (professional photographs), pricing and the market data.
I do all the numbers and analysis for Phoenix Market Trends and our other weblogs.
Every item in our marketing plan have been verified that it works, everything can be tracked and verified.
Before I started to work in real estate I was among others a photographer and when it comes to presenting your home - I take it seriously.
For prospective future owners of your home - perception is everything.
I make sure that they see it from a perspective that will leave them intrigued, curious, delighted- and they will call to make an appointment!
There are many factors deciding about how soon your home will sell, how much a buyer will offer, etc.
